Most iPad and iPhone Repairs take between 3 and 7 days, depending on the
fault and the parts required. Our Collect & Return service is subject to a £10
convenience charge for collections in Leighton Buzzard and adjoing villages,
collections outside of these areas may be charged at a higher rate.

  Depending on the repair or level of damage, additional faults are often not present or diagnosable until the more common faults and obvious repairs have been completed. * Our technicians will continue to update you on the progress of any repair, confirming any additional costs before repairing, but should you choose not to proceed with a repair, a £50 diagnosis fee is applicable (in addition to any convenience charge)!

  Any Remote support provided outside of our standard office hours, and Onsite support provided both outside of our standard office hours and on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be subject to a 50% premium, with any Onsite support provided between 9am and 5pm on a Saturday being subject to a 25% premium.
